I have 12+ years of experience as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach working with individuals from many different backgrounds and cultures helping them to find balance and pull from their strengths. Building successful and entrepreneurial teams and coaching them to success has been my success and passion. As a team leader for 15+ years in a corporate, high pressure, sales driven environment I utilize compassion, goal setting and leveraging my team's strengths in order to help the individuals meet their own goals. Because of my unique experiences, I can understand the powerful relationship between job satisfaction and personal fulfillment.

I work with my clients through humor, patience and a little bit of pedal to the metal. I encourage re-framing when necessary, setting the goal, finding my clients values and strengths and keeping clients accountable on their journey. I focus on positive, inspirational, forward-moving change understanding that healthy personal and career lives can co-exist. I love brainstorming with clients to explore different perspectives in order to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. Some more background

My journey began with the simple desire to help others achieve their highest performance at their careers and in their lives. In my 15 years as a manager of high performing sales teams within ever changing, highly stressful environments, I built a reputation of bringing my teams together and working with each person as an individual pinpointing the skills they have for their highest performance. I was also always the sympathetic ear for my teams and colleagues when things were unbalanced in their lives. I wanted to know how you get the job that helps others achieve their life and career goals. I received my CPCC through The Coaches Training Institute in 2006 and applied my skills to my career for the next decade while coaching private clients on the side. But my corporate career took over and I focused on achieving my goals through long hours and chasing the next milestone. But that wasn’t enough and I craved more personal fulfillment. I loved the connections I created with the individuals on my teams and the joy and satisfaction I received when their challenges were overcome. I became obsessed with helping them find their personal fulfillment. All around me I saw Leadership that couldn’t find the pulse on their employees and were missing the connection with their teams by forgetting that they were people, not just producers. I saw individuals unhappy and stuck with their choices, not knowing what direction they needed go.

I had always been successful with helping my colleagues and associate gain personal achievement and wanted to that for individuals. I decided that I wanted to make this my mission and left the corporate world to work with clients and help them achieve their goals, move towards career growth, be better leaders, and balance their lives around their desires. I love celebrating successes with my clients through compassion and laughter.
